The Center of Workforce Innovations is a 501 (c) (3) organization in Northwest Indiana, uniquely designed to connect employers with regionally ready talent.

The Northwest Indiana region is projected to experience rapid growth in manufacturing, transportation, logistics, healthcare, construction, building trades, retail, hospitality, IT, scientific, technical, professional, and agricultural sectors.

In recent years, thousands of jobs have remained open, and tens of thousands of unemployed and underemployed residents have sought positions that they were unaware existed. NWI Works and its partners have the processes and resources to train and develop motivated talent to be employment-ready for our employers’ specific needs.
