At the center are neighborhood-based Opportunity Hubs that provide a single front door to career navigation, barrier removal, skills training, and job placement. Through a coordinated “Engage, Prepare, and Connect” model, NWI Works aligns services that have historically been fragmented, ensuring residents can move efficiently from interest to training to employment, while employers gain access to a skilled, work-ready talent pipeline.
